We have been ensuring our entire hospital’s services through ‘Esteem Soft’s’ ‘Arch’ ERP software right from the inception of Shajinaz Hospital Limited. Since it is completely web and cloud-based, we didn’t need to install any in-house servers, which keeps our maintenance costs significantly low. Every department—including our lab with bi-directional LIS, the canteen, blood bank, ambulance service, Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and nursing stations—is being managed beautifully through Arch. We look forward to continuing this journey in the future with even more advanced automation, including PACS and HRM.
